New Study Finds this Fat Useful to Improve ADHD

A clinical study in children with ADHD showed that they significant improved both their clinical scores and identified EEG patterns when their diets were supplemented with krill oil for a period of 13 weeks.

The EEG patterns of the study participants were compared to a database of more than 400 children with an established ADHD diagnosis, providing ample comparative data.  Dr. Hogne Wik said, “This is an important observation identifying positive effects on the central nervous system (CNS) after supplementation of krill oil in humans. For the first time objective EEG-measurements -- before and after a 90 day intervention period with krill oil—have confirmed observed improvements in a clinical CNS condition.”
